P2 R1 D1 - Loading

The supplies arrived today and I started at 11 am. My starting weight is 197.8 and my goal is -34lbs for this round. The length of this round has not been determined yet, but I believe it will be 40 days. My goal is to be able to enjoy the holidays without stress and restart another round in the new year.

My anticipated regimen* after today will be;

15 19 drops ( Modified because I felt I needed to)
Metabolic Homeopathic - 7 drops
Pineal, Pituitary, Hypothalamus - 7 drops

8 AM Tea time on the road to work
Adreno 1 teaspoon with plastic spoon (take 15 minutes before or after tea)

11:30 AM Lunch

2 PM second Dosage

8:15 PM B Liquescence - 1 tablespoon (keep refrigerated - take 15 minutes before or after dinner)
8:30 PM Dinner (This might fluctuate because of school)

10 PM
HHCG -
15 19 drops
Metabolic Homeopathic - 7 drops
Pineal, Pituitary, Hypothalamus - 7 drops

Night time 15-20 min soak on 2 cups of epsom, 1 cup sea salt bath day 3-5 and then every other day or so

Today is a load day so I will be eating basically whatever I want. I think between today and tomorrow I will start weighing, bagging, and freezing food for ease. I am a supper busy single mom of 2 and to be successful I think I need to do a little pre-planning. I'm not a schedule person but I definitely try hard when it comes to things like this. I'm ready to see what's up!

*This regimen is a modified version of Ms. SkinnyTime's (See "HCG Skinny Time" in Guidance & Inspiration area on side bar).

Getting Ready To Get Ready

Research, research, and more research. I've been all over the world wide web looking for information on homeopathic hcg (hhcg). It appears the tide is changing on how people view homeopathic hcg but there is still room for growth.

Several blogs have shared their homeopathic hcg journey and I wanted to add to the body of knowledge. The sites and articles that caught my attention will be shared in my posts and included in the sidebar. Some are pro-homeopathic hcg and others are not but have some good information to share.

MY START & INSPIRATION:
A friend from the Low Carb Friends (LCF) Bulletin Board first peaked my interest. This site is also where I found a cool weight loss tracker (WLT) from CrazyMama5 (waiting for her permission before I link to her WLT). There is a hcg support and menu thread at LCF along with other plan threads, i.e. low carb, weight watchers, etc.. My curiosity for more information led me to my first gem, HCG Skinny Time.

Ms. Skinny Time had some great information on her site about a hhcg combo (hhcg plus). The combo is how I will start my hhcg journey. She was really sweet with a great sense of humor and answered my questions as well as offering encouragement. Thank you TK.

While waiting for the arrival of my hhcg plus from ChangesForLife.net, I've done my food shopping, gotten familiar with my local Whole Foods and Trader Joe's stores (these two stores offer organic and/or alternative food choices), read Dr. Simeon's Pounds and Inches (P&I) and continue to consume information from others.

Another really helpful blog is My HCG Story. I love the way she organizes her information and includes all the stats and particulars in the sidebar. This site is the site I will be modeling. She also answered my questions which were mostly food based because her menus looked tasty and within protocol.

Last but not least, Xan's posts and blog on the NaturalCures forum community site have been helpful. Unfortunately he is anti-hhcg and his posts are about 2 years old. I'm not sure how to contact this person but it would be interesting to see how things turned out for him. If you know him or you are him please drop me a line.

PLAN DETAILS:
-Not doing phase 1 at this time but might digress later
-Taking homeopathic hcg plus a combo (hhcg plus)
-Menu modification when I stall will be based on P&I as well as info I located in a blog by Xan
-Utilize a Weight Loss Tracker created by CrazyMama5
-Follow a caloric values and menu plan created by Xan
-Regular exercise
-Get my mind right
-Prayer, love, and encouragement to fuel my journey
