Here's what I ate yesterday...
Breakfast:

Breakfast Total 775 Calories

Lunch/Dinner:

My fitday said 1350 for the day. DANG Gina!!! I kinda think it could have been more calories but I can't be sure. My measurements weren't exact.

Today's Menu:
2 eggs
salsa
2 bacon
cheddar cheese
cabbage
turkey cooked with butter
baked apples

I promise to keep my calories up. I definitely don't want to stabilize at 1000 calories! I want to see what happens if I eat 2300 calories all very low/no carbs :) I wonder if I would still remain the same weight. Sounds like a science expirement to me.

I had some diet soda and I didn't have any gain so I'm going to take it it's okay to drink diet soda on P3. TOM is starting :( and has brought cravings and the emotional blahs with it. With less than one day left before I have to return to work I'm just not feeling that! 16 more days till P4.

Yesterday I didn't eat all day and then while waiting for my steak to cook I accidently fell asleep and burned it :( I was in no position to go get another one and a bit baffled as to what to do. I ended up eating some turkey and having my apple and I called it a day. I am so happy it worked!

It was virtually impossible to cook and not taste the food. I know that seems like a rationale or excuse but there is no way I can cook and make food taste good if I don't know what it taste like. Let me say I did not eat a bowl or plate of anything except turkey and cabbage but I did taste the other stuff.

Morning Report
I slept for 5 hours when I got home yesterday. Woke up at 12am and didn't get back to sleep till 5am, doh! Kinda tired but oh well... I need to get my sleeping schedule back on track. I'm down -1.4 today's without trying at all, go figure. I try hard this whole time and do it on a day when I say whatever. Even though I know I need to stay around my LDW it was cool to see this number. I guess I can say this round I officially saw my goal weight :)

I was kinda of weak today. I know I didn't have enough to eat! Lots of work today and I filled up pretty quick at lunch. I didn't get a chance to have a decent dinner either. Tomorrow will be different; it's my first P3 day!

The end of the dosing phase and on to P3 in 48 hours+ 12. Wednesday afternoon the kids and I should be enjoying eggs and coffee and for dinner, eggs and veggies with bacon. One person could not be more happy :) LDW 164.8, one pound more than my goal weight. Alrighty then...

P2 R1 D53 - VLCD51

Morning Report
I had a loss last night and am happy since I only have one more day of hhcg before this very long round is over! I would really like to be able to have a BM before this round ends and am tempted to encourage the process. I haven't made up my mind about it but I am leaning in the direction of heck yes...

My daughter and I have a date today so I need to watch it on the eating out situation! Last time I had a date with my son and ate out all day it wasn't good for the home team the next day. I'm not saying I am not going to eat out at all but I think today I will try to be more mindful of what I'm eating.

Evening Report
My daughter and I had a wonderful day. I ate at a restaurant for breakfast, shrimp and grilled onions. The onions were a bit oily :( Although dinner was from Whole Foods it was lettuce and eggs so no worries there.

I had to suffer through popcorn and donuts on our day together, WAAAAH! I wanted both really bad! I'm happy to report as you can see from my menu I had neither, WAAAAH! :) In P4 I look forward to having both...

Another somewhat successful P2 day, minus the greasy onions.

The little people's afterschool program had a potluck and performance yesterday. All the smells and foods where just torture!

I did end up eating 7 tiny shrimp and a piece of chicken breast. I figure the damage could have been worse so I'm not going to be too hard on myself for mixing proteins.

P2 R1 D47 - VLCD45

Morning Report
Sometimes I hate being right... Up +0.8 this morning. I insist on takin 2 steps forward and one step back right now *sigh* The round is almost over so here's to having an apple day today...

I know, I know end the round right, I can't. I WILL keep my commitment. In the book the Alchemist it talks about being challenged right before reaching our goal. Okay this is more like self sabotage but hey same thing; myself is challenging myself...

Anyway, I am notorious for starting stuff and not finishing it! I have been putting in life work this year to stop that cycle. I definitely made this round long. Trust me when I say I learned my lesson but stopping it 6 days before it's over is like getting 6 steps from the finish line and turning around and going back home.

Yes I will cross this finish line having ran 3/4 ths of a mile real good and limped the last 1/4th, so what. I will just look at myself in the mirror and laugh but feel good that I did it :) Just trying to become a better me.

P2 R1 D46 - VLCD44

Morning Report
I've read in one person's blog that she used vodka to help move her along on the scale. I think the reason it works is because it dehydrates you... I could be wrong, just my humble opinion. Anyway I did experience a move on the scale to the tune of -1.8 after my night of celebratory vodka and tea.

Today my son and I are hanging out, my daughter is with my sister. Next weekend it's going to be her and I and he is going with my sister... I think/hope. This will help us have some 1 on 1 time. I'm going to let him dictate our entire day. I'm hoping he doesn't drag us to place with lots of food.

What I plan to eat:

1/2 t-bone steak

Evening Report
Unfortunately, I got a bit over ambitious today and I might end up in the 170's tomorrow. I ate protocol food but I ate them at restaurants so I think that might work against me. But alas I saw 169.2 today I know my body will adjust and let me return there.

Another long day. I was up at 3am working on work stuff and still needing to do homework. I'm headed to face my homework and then back to reports before the little people get up.

The scale is reading 171.0 at 4am and will be my recorded weight for the day.

I said I wasn't going to drink anymore wine... I didn't say anything about vodka! Friday 13th is my most favorite, luckiest day and it was a long week, thus the celebratory vodka with tea :) Cheers!

Morning Report
With an hour of sleep and lots to do and deal with this promises to be a long day. I had a tough night last night emotionally with work reports that weren't working out right. At about 1am I was so frustrated I wanted to eat something bad! I opted instead to do some productive things like balance my check book, pay bills, and buy some shoes I've been eyeballing.

I was happy with myself that I didn't give in to my emotionally eating.

Came home and rested before getting back to reports. I have pending homework that needs my attention also. I forgot to take my last hhcg dose because I fell asleep so I will have to be more on it tomorrow.

Morning Report
Up +0.4... this is a head scratcher for me because I didn't have anything other than my protocol foods and drinks. Hmm... the only thing I can figure is that this is nothing a good BM couldn't fix. I'm not fretting or detoured just scratching my head.

If I don't have a movement soon, I might consider the sea salt and water solution. I did have a huge steak so it might need some help getting unstuck... :)

This does kind of make me wanna stop at my original end date. Even if my body isn't I know I am getting tired of this round.

Morning Report
It seems the more the days go on, the less I have to say. Down -1.2 today and -3 for the week. I'm thinking I'll see the 160's in a couple of days.

I'm re-reading The Anderson Method and making notes as I go along. 11 more days; I extended my round by 4 days in solidarity with a friend, Shari, therefore I will have 4 extra days of weight loss and have my LDW November 22nd. This still gets me into P4 for Christmas, which I love :)

If anyone has a P3 dressing recipe I would LOVE to have it! Thanks!

Morning Report
Up +0.4 this morning. With 14oz or ribeye in my body, I kind of expected it. I'm just glad it's not more :)

Evening Report
I got my fitday caught up and had to face the music on my so called steak day. I ate 1500+ calories yesterday! I don't think I was even in the ballpark on doing that right. Not to mention I had asparagus.

The scale was probably like WTF, this morning. Proper planning prevents poor performance. I stank in that department yesterday. I'm not beating myself up I'm just sharing with myself the facts about my little trip to de-nial, not just a river in Egypt, BTW mstamika!

I'm back on it today and the menu is looking good. I think I'll have sprinkles of wine here and there from now on and not have it every night.

Not so much because I think it's having a negative impact but more because I need to get more school work done and less relaxing :) late evening.

P2 R1 D40 - VLCD38

Morning Report
Down -0.2, I supposed the scale wasn't too unhappy about McyD's but it wasn't that excited about it either! Today there will be less eating out, I think... :)

Today I'm wanting other foods. I want something with syrup in it hehehe Oh well nine more days plus 3 weeks :) I can do it. My goal is for very good stabilization in Phase 3 and to indulge a little, okay a lot, in Phase 4. I'm looking forward to it!

Evening Report
Under 8 lbs and dragging to the finish line. All of a sudden I find myself in sabotage mode. The loss after McyD's was good, I kind of expected it not to be too bad, but I'm not sure I'll be as lucky tomorrow.

I ended up having asparagus with my HUGE (14oz) rib eye steak; I ate out. I can tell I'm getting a little burnt out. I get peeved at myself when I do stuff like this because I know better. I need to keep to my commitment and not start getting flaky with my menu. Phase 3 is right around the corner!

I'm going to regroup tomorrow and see where I am scale wise.

So today my menu was:

I'm going to pull it together... On a happier note, I didn't eat any of the chocolate cake or mudd pie my son and daughter had for dessert! OMGoodness it looked fabulous!

P2 R1 D39 - VLCD37

I was out of the house and on the go very early, therefore there was no morning report.

What I had to eat:
1 egg/ 2 egg whites - McyD's
iced coffee - McyD's
1 creamer - McyD's
chicken - McyD's
slice of tomato - McyD's
water - McyD's
wine

We were gone aaaall day because I was getting my hair re-done and running some other errands. I failed to grab some food before leaving and when my hunger hit I was a ways from home.

Being the resourceful person I am I decided to get 3 round eggs from McyD's, the ones they put in the McSandwiches, and I ate one whole one and the whites from the others and had iced coffee with stevia. Lunch was on the run too so I went back and picked up the classic grilled sandwich, no bun, no mayo, no lettuce. No excuses here, it was what it was today. We'll see how the scale feels about that tomorrow.

I've been rationing my hhcg till my new supply comes... it came. Yipee, no more rationing. I think I'll still take the minimum amount during my cycle, just cuz. After my cycle I'll go back to 15 drops 4x's a day till the end of this round, which is almost OVER! I'm wanting to get to the 160's but we'll see.

I know I'm not helping with the McyD's but considering the circumstances I am proud of myself for not caving. Sh*t happens and I think knowing how to roll with it is just as important as being prepared. If you are prepared roll with it!

P2 R1 D36 - VLCD34

Morning Report
Down .6 today, I'm grateful I'm still going down. 174 anything is the least amount I've weighed in a loooong time so I'm pretty cool and not trippin on the small increments. I do however always wonder if it's my fault; am I eating properly and drinking enough water or is it just how things are moving right now, maybe it's both.

Today I will try to drink more water, dose in a timely matter and eat like I'm supposed to. I know I'm not the best at doing all three like I'm supposed to everyday but today I will concentrate more on making all three happen properly. Let's see what happens.

Had a girlfriend over that I haven't see in a while and we caught up with each others lives as she ate a Jack in the Box sandwich, it looked really good but the wine I was sippin was better :0)

P2 R1 D35 - VLCD33

Morning Report
It's been a long day already and I'm posting pretty late in the day for a morning report but whatever. This morning I picked up apples, strawberries, lettuce, chicken I got the chicken from the deli of the store and I asked to read the label on the meat package. She had to go get an uncut one from the fridge; salt, phosphates or something and vegetable oil. I thought the veggie oil was probably negligible so I got 3 oz's worth and kept it moving.

I know, I know, but hey it was that or Wend'y. LOL. I'm going to use that rationale everytime I am not doing strict protocol, hehehe. No but really, I do try to be on my best behavior! Sometimes I push the limits. Which is exactly why I have my hands full with my daughter cause she's like me, but I digress...

Anyway, because of TOM I want to eat everything in site and had my lunch 2 1/2 hours ago and now I think I'm ready to eat again. That reminds me I need to take my dose. Anyway, I am going to have dinner early and my snack too if need be and just deal with it. But NO FALLING OFF PROTOCOL!!!!!! Just had to remind myself, very loudly.

Well I'm headed to peel eggs and eat my ohhh so delicious Fuji Apple! Those are my favorite. The fruit and veggie guy in the store let me do a side by side taste test and it is conclusive, I love Fuji Apples. Can't wait to have a baked apple!

I'm not sure if it's okay to have the same fruit twice in one day but I am for sure having an apple with vanilla extract and butter extract and cinnamon and a dash of nutmeg and cook it for a bit and eat it all up and say YUMMM for like 5 minutes and then... fall asleep :)
BTW: I'm down a tad today so the running and TOM may have held me back but I'm not sure. Who cares... I loss, I'm grateful.

I have an order out for more hhcg so I have enough to finish my round.

Evening Report
I just have one thing to say,

Baked apples rock so much, I'm so glad I am able to have baked apples because they saved my life with granny breathing down my neck and urging me to indulge my sweet tooth. Ahhhhhh! I found a really great wine to have with it to that has a hint of Port taste to it but not the sweetness of Port; it's a Cabernet. I'm so content right now! Thank you Lord. Hey Jesus drank wine, so stop trippin.

I even had my son and daughter help me make them. I put brown sugar in there's and stevia in mine. Next time I think I'll use stevia in both. I was able to redeem myself from my bad batch :D

Hopefully my hypothalamus will not get hip to how much I loved this dish making it therefore sinful!

Seriously, with TOM looming I have actually found a dish that helps me make it through my TOM craving, AND it is easy to make, even for a person who doesn't really cook! I am so happy right now. I know I can do this!

P2 R1 D34 - VLCD32

Morning Report
Down .6 this morning. Almost finished reading the Anderson Method and I will most likely reread it right away when I'm done. Looking forward to having a successful protocol week.
I'm anxious about tomorrow's weigh in. Will I, won't I, hit my mini goal tomorrow...
What I plan to eat:
tea
fish
cabbage
1 egg/3 egg white
lettuce

Evening Report
I did a walk/jog towards the end of my day and really pushed myself because I had some anger issues with my daughter. I might have did too much because I was whipped. I'm thinkin gmy muscles might retain some water, so hears to hoping the scale will be kind tomorrow.
Still processing things with my daughter but I think I have a solution so I'm cool. Working on projects for myself and clients. I REALLY need to get veggies and fruit tomorrow.
TOM is coming annny day now :( I kind of think that's why my decreases have slowed a bit. ARRGH! Whatever, it is what it is...
No dinner tonight just work and umm... wine, and a hot epsom salt bath. :)

P2 R1 D33 - VLCD31

Morning Report
I'm pooped from partying last night. I'll take the .4 loss and be happy darnit! I'm 2 pounds away from my mini goal and less than a week away from TOM. I was going to take a break from hhcg during TOM but I'm not so sure now. I really want to wrap this round up with losses and I don't know what not taking hhcg during TOM will do to my numbers. Decisions, Decisions.

My stats this week are disappointing but I'm still on the losing side so I can't complain too much. 2 weeks and two days before this round ends. Still shooting for 163 but it feels like the dream is fading... still keeping hope alive though.

I have no idea what I'm eating today. I need to go shopping!

Evening Report
Tough night in our house, dealing with parenting issues. Your prayers would be appreciated. My 8 year old insists on continuing to do what she "wants" despite getting on punishment everytime. Suggestions???

I haven't turned to food to solve things and really it has made for a day where I was so upset I didn't feel like eating despite hunger pangs.

The orange was my attempt to have something as to not be super hungry tomorrow. I boiled some eggs and am making some fish to last a few days in an effort to have a successful week. I still need to visit the grocery store to get veggies.

TOM is due any day now so I'm also pretty emotional about everything, not to mention what I'm dealing with as a parent.

All in all I have a lot to be grateful for including my son and daughter's health among other things. Thank you for this opportunity to grow as a parent Lord. Amen.
