Sufficient release this morning. Just a note, when I post my status and have just 2 foods or just coffee and an apple in the "What I had/plan to eat" area sometimes it just means I have no idea what I am going to eat or I forget to update it at the end of the day.

For example, last night and the night before I had steak but at the time I posted my food I didn't know that I was going to eat steak so I didn't include it.

I'm not into starving myself. Granted some days I am not interested in food or I'm super busy/distracted and don't tend to my hunger but for the most part I eat.

Now water... Anyone would be justified in jumping on my case for not drinking enough water. I have such a tough time with it.

Woke up to a nice loss :) I'm running low on hhcg and waiting for my new bottle to come. It better get here soon or I'm going to be hhcg-less. That wouldn't be good.

Looking forward to getting to virgin territory with my losses; being patient and trusting the process because I know it will happen as long as I'm faithful.

I made it out of the food event alive with only a 0.6 gain. I consider myself lucky! There were so many delicious foods to choose from. I was tired and had my drops in my system so I didn't do as much damage as I could have.

Most of the food I filled my plate with were wrapped up and brought home for my fam bam, all except for the sweets for the most part. I was in dessert heaven but only made it to the first floor with the desserts. If I wasn't so irritated with myself for not staying strong I'd be proud of myself for not eating every dessert in the place.

Today is going good. My plan is to sip on coffee all day and eat the apple I have waiting in the wings. I might just make it a mini-steak night since all I had was coffee so far...

P2 R3 D6 - VLCD4

TOM started today, YUCK; cramps, back pain, headache/borderline migraine... Oh well could be worse, I could be eating that bag of Cheetos in the back of the cabinet that I can't bring myself to send to school with the little people.

Part of the problem is it's just too many cheetos for them to eat at one time, even if I divide it in half. But the real problem is if I even try to open them up and divide them for my two youngens then I'll be tempted to eat one or 25 :D

So instead of setting myself up for failure I have just left them in the cabinet and refocused my thoughts so I don't think of them... except every now and again when I'm hungry. I need to find a party to go to so I can take them and drop those puffys off.

Here's the super kicker though for this coming weekend. I'm going to be a server at an event that will have over 100 dishes of food to eat. OMFGoodness!!! One word, HELP ME PLEASE! Lord give me strength. Maybe I'll make that day an apple day so I can have as much as I want to eat but still be on protocol.

Today I'm more hungry than usual. I even had dinner last night. I just need to get back in the rhythm of making soups and stuff. Let's not forget my favorite Cabbage.

I'm happy with my release so far and feeling more motivated about staying on track, thank goodness.



Today is day 3 and I've already had lunch since I didn't eat much yesterday. I need to get my water in too today! I don't do good at all with drinking enough water. Wine is a regular part of my life so I'm not going to put it in my menu everyday, just know that I have it daily and it didn't affect my loss last round and isn't interfering this round.

Day 1 went good. I had to battle my cravings but I made it. Today I'm not as prepared food wise but I need to get there. I think I am going to have eggs and lettuce today.

I weighed before going on the trip, 175, so that will be my round 3 starting weight. I gained 2 pounds over the weekend loading. This VLCD1 I am at 177. I gained 10 pounds during round 2 and learned an interesting lesson.

Round 2 was a doosey and I gained weight on round 2, however with that little learning and growth experience behind me I am looking towards the 145 I set as my goal #2.
