P3 R1 D3

+1.2 Above LDW - 166

Today is a steak day for two reasons; first because of my tasting fiasco yesterday and also because I was at 163 for 2 days and I am up 3 pounds from that point and that is more than a 2 lb move in one day.

What I plan to eat:
tea
steak
apple

    Your LDW was 164.8. You do not have to do a steak day unless you are 2# over your LDW. Everyone loses past that during the 3 days of no shots. But most regain that. Don't worry about the steak day until you are 166.8 or above. Just do a high protein day. 2 eggs, tuna with mayo and celery, steak and a salad with ranch. That should do the trick without having to do a full on steak day :) Congrats!
