I have not been able to get and stay on track to save my life! I've considered restarting things with an apple day or something. I have no idea how to get on track. *sigh*

3. Pay It Forward
Okay, remember what I was telling you. This is way too soon. Your body and mind needs some time to really stabilize and and take a break. It is obvious that you are not in a place mentally to really stay committed. Who would be after such a long first round. And it is not worth it to gain back any of your hard work, at a time when you are trying to lose. Why not just try to maintain. Take 4-6 weeks and see if you can totally maintain. Just enjoy your food and don't try to lose anything. Then when you feel ready start again. If you look at the last 2 weeks, you could have been eating a lot more, and be 5 lbs less :) You know I love you and that I want you to succeed!!! So give yourself a break already! Stop the insanity and just breath for awhile :)
