Today is day 3 and I've already had lunch since I didn't eat much yesterday. I need to get my water in too today! I don't do good at all with drinking enough water. Wine is a regular part of my life so I'm not going to put it in my menu everyday, just know that I have it daily and it didn't affect my loss last round and isn't interfering this round.

grilled onions
