- In the early millennia I had some success with Atkins but after a few years slid back into my size 16s in dismay.
I again tried 2 years ago and had some success, especially with support and encouragement from my Low Carb Friends, but was not able to maintain my loss or keep a strict Atkins diet with exercise.
While homeopathic hcg will be a cure for my obesity I will also include what I am doing to cure my mind so I don't return to emotional eating and the unsupportive lifestyle that led to my disease.
