P3 R1 D17

My body thinks it's in P4, cool, but I'm not going to take that for granted. Back to P3 foods for a few days.

I've decided to go right back into P2. Finals will be over and I won't be so food challenged next week. I have a snow trip in January and I don't want to be in P2 when I go.

What I ate today:
almonds
eggs
bacon

  1. I would wait. You did such a long first round. Your body needs some time. I only waited 3 weeks between round 1 and round 2. I never did p4. But my first round was only 28 days. Yours was 8 weeks! I am worried you will run into immunity issues with out waiting the 6 weeks between rounds.

  2. @ Shirl - No I'm not doing P4. Although I've been unofficially doing P4 for the last week it seems :D

    @ Jen - Yes is was a VERY long round and I do have a tad bit of anxiousness about immunity but nothing beats a fail but a try.

    My goal is to not be in P2 for the snow trip the weekend of the 15th of January. If I waited till the beginning of January like I intended I would be in P2.

    The worst that could happen is I don't lose well in round 2, if I don't then I'll know why but I am thinking positive thoughts! This time I hope not to cheat on day 3 *doh* so maybe I'll have some good loss the first week this time.
