P3 R1 D1

-1.6 Under LDW - 163.2

My belief is when I eat eggs today my weight will increase, but I'm not mad at 2 days of seeing my goal weight! I'm going to wait till later to have eggs and my first P3 meal just to give the hhcg a chance to really be out my system.

What I plan to eat:
apple
eggs
eggs
bacon
eggs
broccoli
eggs
eggs with cheese
eggs

    AWESOME JOB!! I can't believe how much you lost, even with the wine :) Don't be surprised if you go back up as you start p3. Most people lose the last 3 days of 500 calories/no shot, but that usually comes back. Don't stress as long as you stay within the 2# limit ABOVE LIW. And remember it is perfectly normal to lock in anywhere in that 2# limit. Take it easy and don't add too much too fast. See how your body reacts to things. Now you know I will have to get on you for cheats in P3!! P3 is VERY sensitive to cheating. NO SUGAR and NO STARCH!! Got it?? :)

  2. Got it! Now that Thanksgiving is over it should be easier to hold up my end of the "got it" part :)
